I am therefore convinced that we must now closely integrate boutiques, social media, web sites, and consider them as a whole and not as separate communication channels. Similarly, distribution and communication are no longer separate issues: they too should be considered simultaneously. Marketing in the 21st century will be much more sophisticated than what we know now, with significant consequences in matters of organization: It is the end of silos, the era of transversal group projects has begun...
